About me
Linden de Leeuw (they/them) is in their 8th year teaching orchestra in Oakland County Schools. Currently, they teach 5th–12th grade orchestra teacher in Ferndale Public Schools. They have previously taught in the Troy School District and with organizations such as Detroit Metropolitan Youth Symphony (DMYS). MASTA Camp, the Ypsilanti Youth Orchestras, and the Crescendo Detroit program.
Linden has presented at the Michigan Music Conference, and done this presentation for PD at Ferndale Public Schools back to school PD, and for colleagues in the University of Michigan summer music education master's program. They have three degrees from the University of Michigan: BME (Music Education) BM (Cello Performance) MM (Music Education)
